This adult shirt is tri-blend material. These tees are amazingly made and sooo soft.
Sizing:
We find that the adult tees fit true to size. They are meant to have a looser, more flowy fit. Keep in mind these are 25% cotton and may shrink slightly when washed.
I personally size up on this one for a more flowy, off-the shoulder fit.
